Adam Signorelli passed away peacefully at home on May 12, 2018, at the age of 94. He was predeceased by his parents, Bert and Annunciata Signorelli, and his brother, Domenico Signorelli. Adam is survived by Denise Signorelli, sister in law, nephew Darin Signorelli and his wife Jackie, great-nephews Nick and Adam, (his namesake), his niece Denee Signorelli and her husband, Mark.

Adam was born in the town of Lompoc at the Sperber sanitarium and attended school in the Honda Canyon until the sixth grade. Adam later, at his brothers' insistence, earned his GED.

At the age of 12, Adam was milking and tending to his cows in the morning before school and again after school. Adam's family dairy was the last one on the Honda. He and his father also mined the rock on the ranch, and Adam continued to mine rock after his father's passing. Adam also ranched cattle until he retired at the age of 87. He was known to give individual names to his cattle and was especially fond of the bulls that resided on the ranch. Adam was involved with tending to the cattle on the ranch, although retired, until the day of his passing.

Adam was an avid reader and enjoyed reading about farm equipment. He was also an accomplished hunter, and although not as good a shot as his brother (according to him), hunting with his father and brother was one of his fondest memories.

Adam enjoyed having breakfast with his neighbor and friend, Larry Wilks and Clayton (Larry's grandson), at the Budget Café where he would order the short stack, because, as he put it, "their pancakes are the closest thing to my mom's pancakes, they are not exactly like them, but close." Adam also enjoyed going to Jalama Beach to have a Jalama Burger with his cousin, Joe Signorelli and good friend, Jerry Pivato, to celebrate their birthdays. Adam also enjoyed going to Burger King with his longtime friend and neighbor, LeRoy Scolari, and friend Jose Torres, for a burger on Sundays. Adam enjoyed dining out, but even more enjoyed just being with his close friends.

Adam was a lifetime member of the Sons of Italy and the Santa Barbara County Farm Bureau.

A service will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary in Lompoc, CA, at 2 pm on Saturday, May 26, 2018. A reception will follow immediately after the service. The graveside service will take place on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 10 am at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. If desired, in lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a charity of choice.
