Adolfo Silva passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 5, 2022, in Lompoc, California.

Adolfo was born in Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico on October 9, 1933, to Maria Martinez and Calixto Silva.  He was married to Lupe Silva for 60 years until her passing.  Together they had three children: Rene Silva of Mexico, Irene Trevino of Lompoc, and Juanita McAdams of Lompoc.  He had grandchildren: Rene Silva Jr., Ismael Silva, Rubel Trevino Jr., Miranda Fernandez, Yvette Trevino, Veronica Rios, and Roberto Miranda III, Sonia Silva, and 13 great grandchildren

He was a loving man that would give the shirt off his back and did many times for those in need.  He loved his family and loved caring for his grandchildren.

He loved music and would always play Glen Miller, Patsy Cline, Los Pancho's, Los Tres Ases, Vicente Fernandez, Linda Ronstadt and loved to watch The Lawrence Welk Show.  He was a lifelong Dodgers fan and a hard, dedicated worker.

He will be greatly missed but we are in peace knowing he is now with his beloved wife, his son Rene and daughter Irene.

He is survived by his daughter Juanita McAdams and all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held at the Lompoc Cemetery.
