Albert passed away on November 16, 2021, in Lompoc, CA. He was born on January 14, 1933, to Frank Tosti and Mary Borges Tosti.

Albert is survived by his sons, David and Garry, his Grandchildren, Jason, Tyler, and Shelbie, and his great grandchildren, Albert (AJ) and Winslow. The family is at peace knowing that Albert has finally reunited with his beloved wife, Margaret (Peggy) Elizabeth Tosti, who passed in 2016.

After graduation from Lompoc High School in 1952, Albert enlisted into the US Army and served as an Automotive Mechanic at Fort Benning in Georgia. Shortly after his return from service, Albert married his high school sweetheart (Peggy) in 1955. While raising their 3 boys (Glenn, Garry, & David), Albert and Peggy owned Tosti's 76 and then purchased Union Oil Company which served the Lompoc and Santa Ynez Valleys for several years.

After retiring from the oil business, Albert followed his passion for farm and ranching for the next 50 years of his life. During this time, Albert was able to build some very strong relationships within the ranching community in Lompoc. He loved to spend his mornings down at "Hi! Let's Eat!" talking shop with some of his favorite people.

Albert was a very hard-working man who was well respected within the community, and he returned that same respect to every person he came across. He had an infectious smile and an amazing sense of humor – there was never a dull moment when you were around him.

Al was loved by so many, and he will be missed by all!

The family will be holding a Celebration of Life to honor Albert at a date to be determined.
