It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anne.  Beloved wife, mother and Mimi.  Anne passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness.  She was surrounded by her loving family.

Anne was born in Liege, Belgium on January 28, 1943, to her parents, Jules J. and Helene Victoire Bertrand.  Anne met her true love Jerry McInturff overseas while he was serving in the Air Force.  They married on December 3, 1960, and soon returned to the U.S. with their infant daughter and moved to Lompoc in 1962.  Anne spent many years working for GTE and retired as a supervisor.  She was an incredibly kind person and loved spending time helping care for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Anne leaves behind her true love and husband of 62 years, Jerry; her daughter Debbie (Gary) McComb; her two grandchildren Kory (Amber) McComb, Jenna Mabery (Kyle Troup) and 4 great-grandchildren, Landon, Kaden, Brantley and Savannah.

Anne was preceded in death by her father, Jules J. Bertrand, mother, Helene V. Louth, sister, Paule Madec, and brother, Jacques Bertrand.

She was loved by all that knew her and was cherished and adored by her family.  Anne was a great artist. She loved to draw and craft with her great-grandchildren. She was always so patient and kind.  Anne/Mom/Mimi will remain in our hearts and memories forever.
