Obituary
Memorial services for Barbara Ann Claffee, 61, of Lompoc, will be Friday, October 10, 2008 5:00 p.m. at the chapel of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary with Pastor Jimmy Gutierrez officiating. Inurnment will be private.
Barbara was born May 14, 1947 in Schenectady, New York to Harry and Mary Mullen Claffee. She was a lifelong homemaker and moved to Lompoc from San Bernardino in 1993. Her favorite pastimes included shopping and spending time with family and especially her loving grandchildren.
She died Sunday, October 5, 2008 at her home.
Survivors include her daughters, Angela Torez of Lompoc and Dione Lopez of Hesperia; son, Rudy Lopez of Lompoc; sister, Billie Jo Haas of Georgia; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to a favorite charity.
