Born December 5, 1940 McAlester, Oklahoma she is preceded in death by her Father Ike Butler, Mother Beatrice Butler and sister Shelbia Thompson. She left this earth and was received into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father May 1, 2014.

She is survived by her husband Peter Shoemaker, daughter Terri Sutherland, husband John and son Rick Shoemaker, wife Cathy. She was blessed to have five Grandchildren and one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

She loved life, spending time at the beach, lake and numerous trips with friends and had fond memories of growing up in Betteravia with her brother Tom and sister Dena. We will all miss her. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
