Charles Russell Justice, 77, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018, in Lompoc, California.  "Chuck," as he was known, was born on July 24, 1941, to William and Virginia Justice in Peoria, Illinois.  He attended school through the 12 ^th grade.

Chuck came to Lompoc in 1969 from Concord, California.  He worked for Johns-Manville (now Imerys) for 22 years.  His passions were scrapping and race car driving.

Chuck is preceded in death by his parents, brother Larry Justice, sister Rosalie Munson, and son James.  He is survived by his wife of 56 years Lilah, his daughter Lynne Hyland of Lompoc, and his two sons Bryan and John, both of Las Vegas, Nevada.
