Constance Frances Bliss of Lompoc passed away on Monday December 9, 2013, in Santa Maria. She was 51 years old.
Constance was born on December 28, 1961, in Lincoln, Nebraska to James and Ruth O'Connell. She was a certified nurse's assistant and worked in her field for 15 years.
Constance is survived by her daughters Annie Ranae Solorio who is serving in the United States Army and Jada Ray Bliss of Lincoln, Nebraska, her brothers Tom Cecerle of Gates, Oregon, Rick Cecerle of Naples, Florida, Michael Burke of Lompoc, California, James O'Connell Jr. and Shawn O'Connell both of Lincoln, Nebraska. She also leaves behind her sisters Sharyl Lund of Portland, Oregon and Patricia Burke of Santa Maria, California, five nieces and seven nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and brother Monte Burke.
