Cynthia Mischelle Fuggs (King) beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt died Nov. 26 2015. She is survived by her son Phillip Pryce (Elizabeth), granddaughter Annelise Pryce and brothers Jeffery, Anthony and Michael King, and nephew Shawn Fuggs. Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother Velma King, father Johnny King, husband of 22 years Dwayne Fuggs, son Daniel Pryce and brother Richard King.

Cynthia served honorably in the US Air Force and employed at Allan Hancock College for over 20 years as an administrative assistant. Cynthia was loved by many for her outgoing personality and dedication to those around her.

There will be a private viewing followed by a public memorial service held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary on Friday December 4, 2015 at 1 PM. There will be a Celebration of Life BBQ to follow on Saturday between 1-4 PM at the Dwayne Memorial site located at Thompson Park.
