Daniel Rodriguez of Lompoc died Friday, January 16, 2009 at the age of 14.
Danny was born December 11, 1994, to Rafael and Yolanda Rodriguez in Michoacan, Mexico. His family came to Lompoc in 1998.
Danny was in the eighth grade at Lompoc Valley Middle School and enjoyed participating in a city soccer league. He was a member of La Purisima Catholic Church.
Danny is survived by his parents, his sister and her husband Olga and Cesar Corona, brother Rafael Rodriguez, Jr., sister and her husband Patricia and Rafael Rodriguez, brother and his wife Juan Carlos and Araceli Rodriguez, brother and his wife Miguel Angel and Julie Rodriguez, sister and her husband Brenda and David Rodriguez, and his brother Mario Rodriguez, all of Lompoc, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
The services are pending. Interment will be in the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
