David Christopher Domingos, beloved brother and uncle, passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2016. He was born on June 25, 1938 to Manuel and Tilda Domingos in Lompoc. He spent his youth in Lompoc, and graduated from Lompoc High School in 1956. He graduated from Woodbury College in 1959. David served in the U.S. Army. He worked at AT&T in Point Barrow, Alaska and then worked in the Los Angeles area for several years as an accountant. He moved to Healdsburg, CA where he worked for many years as a head waiter in fine restaurants in the Sonoma wine country area. He enjoyed traveling, fine arts, music and sports. He recently moved back home to Lompoc, where he enjoyed spending time with his brothers, nieces and nephews, and friends at Cypress Court.
David was a sweet and fun-loving man with a great sense of humor that could always make you laugh. There was nothing he wouldn't do for you. He liked to have a good time, and always looked out for the people he loved. His friends and family always knew they could count on his unwavering support.
David is survived by his brothers Tony (Alice), James (Joy), and Louis, his nieces and nephews Sherl, Rhonda, Anna, Kathleen, Tony, Jr., Dianne, Jeanette, Patti, John, Angie, Deborah, Sherri and Steve and many grandnieces and grandnephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Manuel Domingos, Jr., and his sister, Beatrice Brunner.
