Dennis C. Kozlowski was born on August 19, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio. He passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2023, from a long fight with heart problems and recently with cancer in his esophagus.

He is survived by his wife Marian Kozlowski of 57 years, three sons: Dennis, Jeff and Jeremy, six grandchildren: Zack, Tyler, Ryan, Kayla, Jeremiah and Ruby, four great-grandchildren: Ava, Brixlee, Shae and Liam, Kalianna and Ronan. He is also survived by his sister who lives in Ohio, Carole Lightner, his nephew Sean and his wife Sherry Lightner.

He served in the U_S Air  Force at VAFB, and after in Civil Service.

For 38 years, he was involved in his community, volunteering his time in Lompoc Little League. He really improved how the League was run by putting the welfare of Lompoc's Children first. He was a Coach, Manager, Equipment manager, Board member and President.

He went to be with his second son Tim P. Kozlowski who died suddenly on April 14, 2023. He and Tim were loving fathers and grandfathers, they will be missed by his entire family and many friends.
