Obituary
The angels rejoice as Dorothy Millsaps join them in the Heavens and although she will be missed, we rejoice with her homecoming. After 92 years of age, she went home on September 9, 2013 to be with the Lord.
She was one of seven children born to Harry and Alice Stoner on July 13, 1921 in Jones Store, VA. She was preceded in death by husband Brodus C. Millsaps, U.S. Air Force, retired. She was a homemaker and mother to Judy Millsaps and Kenny (Maria) Millsaps. Dorothy enjoyed gardening, music, and animals. She had been a Lompoc resident since 1965. She is survived by sisters Pat and Arlene and brother Neale. She was preceded in death by sisters Madeline, Hazel, and Evelyn .
