A treasured mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and creative soul

Born on May 16, 1938, in Peace River, Canada, Elizabeth Mary Albright lived for 88 years with a quiet grace that touched every branch of her family. She passed away on October 24, 2026, in Lompoc, California, leaving behind not only sorrow at her absence, but deep gratitude for the life, love, and memories she shared.

Her days were enriched by the things she loved. A book could carry her into another world, a blank canvas invited color and imagination, diamond art transformed tiny pieces into sparkling designs, and yarn in her hands became something warm and lasting. Reading, painting, diamond art, and crocheting reflected her thoughtful, creative nature.

Elizabeth’s greatest legacy is her family. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Rhonda Rocha, Glen McLeod and his wife, Tami McLeod, Joseph Fontaine, Gisette Terrones, and Giselle Brunette. Her grandchildren—David McLeod, Rachel Rocha, Patricia Rocha, Jenny Klinedinst, Derek McLeod, Kerrigan Raines, Garrett Lewis, Anthony Terrones, Aaron Terrones, and Austen Dinkins—carry forward the stories and traditions that connected them to her.

She also leaves a beautiful legacy through her 21 great-grandchildren. David McLeod and Anthony Terrones passed before her; their memories remain tenderly held alongside hers.

Though Elizabeth is no longer physically present, the gifts she gave remain kindness offered without hesitation, creativity expressed with patience, and love woven steadily through generations. Her family will remember her in favorite books, familiar colors, treasured keepsakes, and the countless moments that made a lifetime together.

“What is created with love is never truly lost.”

May her memory bring comfort, connection, and peace.
