Obituary
Emma Rose Summers passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 in Roseburg, Oregon at the age of 76.
A native of Lompoc, California, she was born in October 15, 1930 to Atillo and Mary Martinetti. After graduating from Lompoc High School in 1948, she married George "Bud" Summers in December of the same year. Together, they enjoyed 51 years together until Bud's passing in June of 2000.
An active member of the community, Emma was a life-time member of the Lompoc Historical Society, and member of the American Legion Auxiliary for many decades.
She is survived by her daughter Hazel Brown of Lompoc, two grandsons, and three great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, and the funeral service will be held Saturday, January 27 at 10:00 a.m. in the Starbuck-Lind Mortuary Chapel.
