Memorial services were held earlier for Eugenia M. Sieck, 87, of Lompoc.
Eugenia was born June 25, 1921 in Brecksville, Ohio to Anthony and Sohie Grencewicz. She was a U.S. Army veteran and an active member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Eugenia also belonged to the Half Century Club, Widow-Widower Club, Lompoc Valley Festival Association, and the Lompoc Grange.
She died Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the Convalescent Care Center.
Survivors include her sister, Clare Luther of Northridge, Calif.; brother, Ben Grencewicz of Cleveland, Ohio; nieces Susan, Debbie and Janet; nephews, David, Steven, John, and other nieces and nephews. Her husband, Fred, preceded her in death.
