Eunice Christine McMahan - Radiant. Strong. Compassionate. These words describe Eunice as she passed from this world at her home in Lompoc August 7th at the age of 77.

Eunice was the third daughter born to Eunice and William "Wild Bill" LaFromboise in Santa Maria, California on July 16, 1937. She grew up in Santa Ynez, graduating from Santa Ynez High School. She married Robert Lee McMahan and was blessed with two children, Charles and Julie. Robert moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and after four years, Eunice was blessed again with Tina Marie.

Eunice raised Tina in Solvang and she worked in retail in a lot of gift shops and sold Avon products to everyone and their mother, always having what people needed. Eunice moved to Lompoc in the early 90s to be close to her granddaughters.

She will always be remembered for her big heart and her ability to listen and give advice.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Valerie and Caroline and her ex-husband Robert.

There was a service celebrating her life August 13 at 3:00 at Satrbuck-Lind Mortuary. Interment will be private.

The family would like to thank her neighbors on Q Street and her friends for all their love and support. She will be missed.
