Felicia Lavatte Brown 44, was born in Stockton, CA on May 17, 1972 to James D. Brown and Dorothy Duncan. She passed away on July 9, 2016.
Felicia is survived by her three children; Ronicia Simpson, Damian Simpson, and Kailani Schiavone. Five brothers and sisters; Robert Howard, Katherine Burch, Beverly Foster, Lamontt Howard, and Ronald Howard. Her mother Dorothy Duncan, step father McKinely L. Duncan, and three siblings; Debra Duncan, Janet Duncan, and Nicky Duncan.
Felicia is preceded in death by her father James D. Brown.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday July 23, 2016 at 11AM at Starbuck-Lind Chapel.
