Flora Mae "Joanne" Bramlet went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 24, 2018.  Joanne was born in Alexander County, Illinois, on May 27, 1934.  Joanne resided in various states through her life but spent most of it in California.  She loved to read, write, grow flowers, and paint.  Her passion for cooking was quite evident when consuming one of her delicious pies or cobblers.  Joanne spent many years in Taft, California and on the Belridge Oil Lease where she raised her family.  Joanne moved to Lompoc, California in 2011 to be near her daughter Dawn, whom assured her a comfortable life during her final years.

Joanne is survived by her four children and their spouses, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, siblings, extended family and friends.  She will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved her.  Although there was great sadness in her passing, there is greater joy and comfort in knowing she is in heaven with our beloved Savior Jesus Christ.
