Francisco Arciniega Lopez was born December 3, 1966 is Estipac, Jalisco, Mexico.He completed 6 years of schooling and later moved to Guadalajara to work as a plumber and handyman. Later, he returned to his hometown where he worked in the agriculture industry for over 5 years. Due to familial and financial hardships he moved to Utah, and then to Lompoc, California. He started working for Ocean Avenue Flowers and remained with them until his passing on October 27, 2016.

Francisco is survived by his brothers Gabriel, Victor, Felipe, Alejandro, and sisters Rosaura, and Marina.
Francisco was very friendly and outgoing. He often enjoyed going horseback riding and relaxing with his family and friends. He will greatly be missed by all who came to know and love him.

A viewing will take place on Wednesday November 2 from 5-7pm in the Chapel of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary, with a vigil at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Thursday, November 3 at La Purisima Catholic Church.
