It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Frank T. Telles who left this earth unexpectedly on March 23rd, 2025, at the age of 90. Frank was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico to the parents of Sophie & Frank Telles. He was the youngest of 7 children.

Frank joined the U.S Army in 1955 and traveled the world serving his country. Once honorably discharged, he put himself through school to earn a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He married his beloved wife Malou Flores in 1958 and together they raised their 4 children while traveling during his career. They found themselves living on the island of Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands, as well as New York, North Carolina, New Mexico and Colorado then finally settling in Lompoc, California.

Frank was a loving father to Jeanette Bartels of Lompoc, CA, Denise Solak of Lompoc, CA, Armando Telles of Orcutt, CA and Tisha Levy of Santa Barbara, CA. He leaves behind ten grandchildren & eleven great grandchildren along with numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends. He was the patriarch and foundation of the Telles clan. His value system was based on family, friends and the support & ties that bind them.

Frank was a kind and gentle soul, always putting others first. His love of woodworking is evident in the many projects that are found throughout his family's homes. He loved sports, fishing, and spending time with his loving family. He was very proud of his time spent serving our country as well as being a member of the American Legion where he enjoyed spending time with his friends and fellow patrons. He was very well respected by his peers and the military community.

All are invited to his burial service on Monday, April 21st at 2:00pm at the Lompoc Cemetery located at 600 South C Street.

A reception will be held after the burial service from 4:00PM-6:00PM at the American Legion located at 636 North H Street in Lompoc.
