Hurshell B. Weldon of Lompoc died Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at the age of 67.

Hurshell was born November 4, 1950, in Ft. Worth, Texas to Hurshell and Della Weldon.

A resident of Lompoc since 1984, Hurshell was a technician with a local gas utility.  He was a member of the Church of Christ in Lompoc.

He is survived by his daughters Shannon Gilmer of Florida and Casandra Clancy of Irvine; four grandchildren; his brother Gary Weldon of Monrovia; and his sister Barbara Green of Santa Barbara.

The graveside funeral service will be held Monday, July 30, at 11am in the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
