Ilene Bertha Crosby passed away March 14, 2010 at the Lompoc Skilled & Rehab Center at the age of 84. She and her triplet sisters were born in Clarksville, Arkansas on July 5, 1925 to Frederick and Bertha Loesekan. She moved to Los Angeles with her sisters in 1944 where she met and married her first husband, Ken Fratzke and raised two children.
She married her second husband Lawrence "Stu" Crosby in 1972. After she retired from Garfield Elementary School, they moved to Stayton, Oregon in 1984. Together they volunteered at the Cannon Beach Christian Conference Center in Oregon for 18 years. Irene greatly enjoyed her volunteer work, gardening, and sewing. She was a caring friend to many.
Ilene is survived by her son, Brent Fratzke and his wife Karen of Whittier, Calif., her daughter, Marilyn Treusdell of Lompoc, her two triplet sisters Pauline Harlow of Visalia, Calif. and Alene Warriner of Irvine, Calif., and four grandchildren, Craig Treusdell, Ross Treusdell, Mark Milakovich and Christy Cornell. She is preceded in death by her second husband, Stuart in 2006.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 27th at Mission Hills Baptist Church, 3625 Rucker Road, Lompoc. Interment will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif.
