Ingeborg M. Lovelace died Sunday, November 9, 2014, at the age of 93.
Inge was born in Gelsenkirchen, Germany on March 11, 1921 to Johann and Emilie Linde. She immigrated to the United States in 1956 and became a resident of Lompoc.She and her husband, William Lovelace were Lompoc Elk members and for many years she participated in social activities at the club.
She enjoyed traveling and revisited Germany on several occasions where she still has friends.
Inge is survived by her children, Ludwig Lietz of Georgia (Barbara), Maren Candaele of Riverside (Rick), Sylvia Rouss of Tarzana (Jeff), Carmen Crabtree, and Michael Lovelace of Lompoc. She has 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Ellen (Jack) Neal and brother Roger Linde of Lompoc.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary with graveside services at Evergreen Cemetery immediately following. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary. Those who may prefer, may donate to their favorite charity in her memory.
