Jim Justice, 53, passed away on December 20, 2016 at Cottage Hospital from a sudden illness. He was surrounded by his family.

Jim is survived by his parents Chuck & Lilah Justice of Lompoc; brothers Bryan (Sherry) Justice of Las Vegas, Johnny Justice of Las Vegas; sister Gay Lynne (Matt) Hyland of Lompoc; daughter Deanne (Keith) Lawrence of Pahrump, Nevada; sons Tim (Ashley) Justice of Las Vegas and Tyler Justice of Pahrump; grandchildren Levi, Makayla, Keith, Jr.; several nieces and nephews; and his girlfriend Chris Atkins (Smiley).

Jim was a mechanic and avid car racer, having built and ran many cars since he was a teenager. Jim loved to laugh and to be around his family and enjoyed life. He would help anybody out even if he didn't know them. He had a big heart, and it would usually turn into a friendship.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, January 28th at 11 am at Lompoc Foursquare Church, a reception will follow, at River Bottom Boys.
