James Todd Williams was born on Oct 28, 1931 in Livingston, AL. He passed away on Thursday Dec 15, 2016 in Santa Barbara, CA.
James is survived by his daughter Gwendolyn Hill, son Ricky Williams, daughter-in-law Clara, and companion Yvonne Wright-Scott, brothers John Kimble, Lonnie Kimble, Frank Kimble and Melvin Kimble. James also leaves a host of nieces and nephews along with devoted friends.
Viewing and services will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary123 No A St, Lompoc, CA 93436 Viewing will be Wednesday Dec 21 from 5-8 pm with services on Thursday Dec 22 at 10 am.
