Jeffery Alan Osborne, 39, entered eternal life in the loving presence of his family on March 6, 2012 in Lompoc, CA. Jeffery was born August 17, 1972 in Minot, North Dakota to Bob and Joann Osborne. He attended Riverview Christian School, received his Associate of Arts Degree from Allan Hancock College and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of LaVerne.

Jeffery is survived by his mother Joann Osborne, sister Della (Don) Dreese, brother Ron Osborne, nieces, Michelle Groover (Mike Rivera), Danielle Osborne, nephews, Scott (Janet) Groover, Michael Groover, Matthew Osborne and numerous great nieces and nephews. Also numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and many special friends. His was preceded in death by his loving father Bob Osborne and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Hanson and Mr. and Mrs. Jeffers.

Jeffery loved to spend time with family and friends. He loved movies, gambling, horse racing, traveling, dancing, concerts and cooking. He was well loved by his family and friends and will be truly missed. Memorial services will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary, 123 North A Street, Lompoc at 2 pm, Saturday March 10, 2012. A reception will immediately follow at Lompoc Valley of the Flowers Half Century Club, 341 North N Street, Lompoc.
