Jeffrey Raymond Russell passed away peacefully on January 12, 2025, at the age of 62. Jeff was a loving friend and father. He always knew how to crack a joke, even at the worst times. He was kind, funny and optimistic about life. Jeff had many friends and lots of people who loved him. He was a hard worker and would help anyone out in a time of need. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
