John (Jerry) Burnham Wolff
John Burnham Wolff was born November 24, 1928, in Great Falls, Montana. He graduated with the class of 1946 from Great Falls High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Great Falls, Montana. He served in the United States Air Force.
A resident of Lompoc for 44 years Jerry retired as a Civil Service Procurement Officer at Vandenberg Air Force Base. He was a member of the Lompoc Rotary, Lompoc Chamber of Commerce, the American Legion, and the Elk and Moose Lodges.
Jerry died at the hospital in Lompoc on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife Editha Cooper Wolff, brother William (Fritz) Wolff, stepsons Scott and John Morlan, Bob Fenton and Andy Anderson, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two nephews and eight great nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary, 123 North A Street in Lompoc on Saturday, April 18, 2009, at 1 pm.
