Jessie (lilly Vargas) Magallanez, left her family and friends to be with her son  Frank Steven Garza and grandson Tommy Kingsley, on July 31, 2019. She was born on February 12, 1930. Lilly was surrounded by her Connecticut family and friends when she left us.

Jessie leaves her daughter Belinda Christine (Garza) Clark, two grandsons Sean LeDuc and Jesse Clark, three granddaughters, a great great grandson, all of her nieces and nephews whom she loved very much, brother Ralph Vargas, and her special niece Teresa Grossini.

She is coming back home to Lompoc to be with her California family and friends to bid them a farewell on October 11, 2019, at Lompoc Cemetery at 2:00.

Lilly lived life to the fullest. She always had something funny to say and she always welcomed anyone into her home and life. There is a void in this world without her smile, smirk and off the wall comments. I know she is at peace and is happy being with and the rest of her friends and family. She was the best mom, grandmother and friend anyone could ever ask for. I will miss her every day of my life. Mom, have fun where you are at, as you always have.
