Obituary
Joan Elizabeth Powers was born on September 12, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA to John and Joan Powers. She died on February 15, 2016 in Lompoc, CA. She was a resident of Lompoc for over 20 years.
Joannie was one of God's precious creations of innocence. She will always be remembered for her smile and her paintings. Her spirit, like her paintings, will always be with us, loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John and Debra Powers and her brother Edward Powers. She is also survived by her two nephews and their wives, Paul and Valerie Powers and Joshua and Sharon Powers.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 11:00 am at Starbuck-Lind
Mortuary with internment immediately following at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
