John Hannah, age 85, passed away on November 11, 2023.  He was born in Covington, Tennessee to James and Hazel Hannah.  They moved to Lompoc when John was seven.  John attended local schools, graduating from Lompoc Senior High in 1956.

He married Loretta Stanich in 1956.  They were together for nearly 58 years and raised their family in Lompoc.  John was active in youth sports, coaching baseball, and basketball.  He was a member of the Jaycees and Lompoc Elks Lodge.  He worked as an electrician at John's Manville and was a travel agent for many years.

John is survived by his daughter, Roseanne (David); grandchildren, Cristin, Mark (Johnny), and Meagan (Rose); great-grandchildren, Lilah and Malia; and his two cats, Ziggy and Bob.

He is preceded by his wife, Loretta; son, Teddy; daughter, Dani; son-in-law, David Hensley, and granddaughter, Amanda.

A memorial service will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 11 am.  Private inurnment will be held at a later date, Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
