Jose Luis Placencia passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at the age of 78. A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 1 pm at Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 3495 Rucker Rd, Lompoc, CA 93436. Graveside service to follow at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
