Obituary
Joyce Brandon was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on January 28, 1935, the youngest of four children born to Manuel and Jean Murphy. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Gibby, Dan and John.
After spending her childhood in Cedar Rapids, she relocated to Santa Maria, California in 1961 where she met future husband, Keith Brandon. Keith and Joyce married in February of 1962 and moved to Lompoc where they resided for 52 years until his death in 2014.
They are survived by three children, Eddie, Sherrie Hunt (Doug), Mary Rowell (Steve) and five grandchildren, Brandon, Mikayla and Jacob Hunt and Justin and Chase Rowell.
Joyce was an active member of Trinity Church since 1984, serving and bringing joy and comfort to many with her wonderful smile and sense of humor.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018, at 2 PM, at Trinity Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Duane Armstrong presiding.
