Kevin John Biggs
10 February 1963- 22 December 2022

It is with the most profound sadness that our family must say goodbye to our beloved Kevin.

Kevin John Biggs was born to Maj (Ret) Levi and Betty Biggs 10 February 1963 in Laramie, WY; the youngest of six. The military brought our family to Vandenberg AFB later that year. When our father retired, we moved to Lompoc.

Kevin attended the gifted program at Miguelito and then graduated from Lompoc HS in 1981 after serving as his freshman class president, ASB president his senior year and Pace Setter. After graduation, he spent several years in Germany before returning to California.

Kevin was a gifted handyman whose work can be seen all over the state. For almost a decade, he maintained properties for his landlord and friend, Tom Frankenburger. He completed Laurus College in 2015.

Kevin's huge personality attracted people from every walk of life. His huge laugh and hazel eyes will be forever missed.

Kevin is survived by his son, Thomas of Lawrenceville, GA; his parents, Levi and Betty of Lompoc; sister Cheryl of Indianapolis, IN; brother Keith of Lompoc; brother Steffan (Elyse) of Coralitos, CA; brother Craig (Judy) of Valencia, CA; sister Maria (Clarence) of Lompoc; nephews Wes and Michael; nieces Simone (Kevin) and Kristen (Matthew); and grand-nephews Kevin and Michael.

Our family would like to thank Michael and the entire Beck family for their love and care, particularly during Kevin's illness. Thank you to Kevin's friends, medical team, and every person who helped Kevin get to his appointments.

Kevin was part of the Crossroads Community Church giving of his time and labor.  His faith was strong. When he could no longer fight, it carried him Home.

A celebration of life will be planned at a date to be determined.
