In Loving Memory of Kymberly Hahn aka Kim Thomsen.

Kim went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus, on October 4, 2024, she was 57 years old. Her mom was by her side when she passed away peacefully.

Kim is preceded by her little brother, Tom Thomsen, and is survived by her Mother, Janet Thomsen (Santa Maria, CA), Dad, Bill Lakeman (Idaho), and her son, whom she loved so much, Tylor Thomsen (Santa Maria, CA), as well as her nephew, Justyn Thomsen (Ontario, CA).

Kim was born February 3, 1967, in Omaha, Nebraska. Her family moved to CA in 1971. She graduated from Santa Maria High School, and she went to Hancock College and Questa College. She studied Sign language and Phlebotomy. She loved to read and play games, she especially loved card games. 31 was a game that she could always beat her dad with. Kim and her dad loved the 49ers and never missed a game. They watched together even when they did not live near each other. They loved to laugh and kid each other.

Kim loved going to Solvang with her mom looking at the Coocoo clocks. Kim also loved going to the beach, finding seashells, or just listening to the waves Christian music was a favorite thing for her to listen to.

Kim had a best buddy, Pixie. Pixie was her best friend. When Kim woke in the night Pixie was there. When Kim needed a pick-me-up, Kim was there. Pixie will miss her mommy. Pixie is being well taken care of and loved.

When Kim was small, her mom would read her a book about a little White Lion called Kimba. Soon after she started reading the book, Kimba was her nickname. Kim will be missed. Especially her beautiful smile, sense of humor, and laugh.

The viewing will be Friday, Oct. 11th, 2024, at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary 123 N A Street Lompoc, CA from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
