Larry Stephen Ostini, 76, passed away on November 22, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. Born and raised on his family ranch in Lompoc, California, Larry graduated from Lompoc High School and honorably served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

Following his military service, Larry dedicated nearly 27 years to the Bureau of Prisons before retiring to Hawaii, where he and his wife Ann enjoyed over 30 years together.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ann Ostini, his parents Harry and Mary Ostini, his sister Susan Ostini, and his step-daughter Elizabeth Boyd. Larry is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Drayton, step-daughter Anna Boyd, grandchildren Elizabeth Williams, Alex Zalewski, Shane Dutra, Zane Drayton, and great-grandchildren Kendy Williams and Stella Williams.

Larry loved golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He will be remembered for his devotion to family, his commitment to service, and his quick wit that could bring laughter to any room.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th at 11 a.m. at the Lompoc Cemetery, followed by a light lunch at the Mission Club 4300 Clubhouse
