Lori Cornejo passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 4,2025 at the age of 65. She was born in Lompoc, California to Gilbert and Dolores Cornejo on July 31, 1959. Lori graduated from Lompoc High School, Class of 1977. She a true Lompoc native and was always very proud of where she came from. Lori cherished her friendships and remained friends with so many for over 50 years, that was very special to her.

Many knew her from her time working at the Lompoc Hospital. She worked there for 30 years and was very proud of her work and the hearts she touched during her time there. All who got the pleasure of working with her would tell you she was a ray of sunshine in the hallways.

Family was everything to Lori, and her children were her greatest accomplishment. She was very proud to be their mother and worked very hard to be sure they had a good life. Lori was also a Nana and that is what truly made her heart smile. She was at every event possible supporting her grandkids to the very end. Her grandkids gave her great purpose and they were the reason she was so strong. She loved being their Nana.

Lori is survived by her Mother Dolores Cornejo. Her Children Candace (Jimmy) Franco and Sean (Taylor) Morris. Her Grandchildren; Jaiden, Camryn and Cash Franco. Brixton, Camden and Emersyn Morris. Siblings; Teresa Terrones, Lisa Hernandez, Gilbert Cornejo Jr. and Alicia Devlin. Also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Father Gilbert Cornejo and Nephew Ruben Hernandez.

Services will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary on January 17,2025 at 10:00 and a celebration of life following at the Dick Dewees Center from 1:00-5:00 pm
