Margaret "Peggy" Dianne Dover, 77, of Lompoc passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2011. A viewing will be held at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary on Monday, August 1, 2011 from 3pm to 7pm; with the vigil service starting at 6pm. Graveside services will be held the following day, Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 3pm at the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery, followed by a fellowship gathering at the Veteran's Memorial Building at 4pm.

Peggy was born and raised in Lompoc. A graduate of Lompoc High School, she also attended Business College. She married Frank D. Dover on October 29, 1955; and they raised four boys. Peggy was a member of La Purisima Conception Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ostomy Group and was involved in fundraising for cancer research and St. Jude Children's hospital.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 55 years, Frank D. Dover; her sons, Rennie W. Dover, Frank D. Dover III, Jaime A. Dover and Sean A. Dover; her sister Billie Ceriale and Betty McClellan; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Carlton.
