Obituary

Margaret Ann (Wilson) DeBow was born December 30, 1933, to Reverend William Arthur Wilson and Edith Mae (Penrod) Wilson in her grandmother's house in Carbondale Illinois, passed away peacefully in her sleep, with her two children by her side, on January 30, 2023.

Besides being a beloved mother, Margaret was a woman of strong faith in God. She wore many hats in her career life. She had a BA degree in psychology with a minor in music. Her first teaching job was at a one-room schoolhouse in Fergus, Montana. She also taught band, home economics,  piano and was a youth choir director. At the end of her teaching career, she worked other jobs. Then she became a businesswoman by buying two beauty salons and became a beautician. She also bought a gourmet kitchen/coffee store and ran that for many years. She was extremely musically talented. She played the trumpet in her high school band, played the accordion, piano, and organ just to name a few. For over 20 years she served as pianist and organist at Living Faith Center in Santa Barbara. She was probably most proud of serving the Lord as a Missionary at Mercy Ships in Texas for 15 years before retiring.

She is preceded in death by her parents William Arthur and Edith Mae Wilson, sister Wanda Jeannette Wilson, and husband Dale Anthony DeBow.

She is survived by daughter Brenda Jeannette Bauldry (spouse David); Commander Darin Dale DeBow (spouse Tina); five grandchildren, Scott David Bauldry (spouse Opal), Michael Robert Bauldry (spouse Ciara); Brittny Ann DeBow; Dylan Thomas DeBow; Carter James DeBow; and 61/2 great-grandchildren.

Private family services will be held at the beach.
