Maria Velazquez of Lompoc died Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at the age of 60.
Maria was born December 20, 1946 to Ramon and Teodora Plasencia in Jalisco, Mexico. She came to California from Mexico in 1972, initially living in Santa Ynez, she later settled in Lompoc. Maria was a life-long homemaker.
Maria is survived by her husband of 37 years, Ramon Velazquez of Lompoc; sons, Ramon Velazquez of Santa Barbara, Ricky Velazquez of Lompoc; son and daughter-in-law, Raul and Lisa Velazquez of Buckeye, AZ; daughter and son-in-law, Sara and Clarence Wong of Walane, HI; and six grandchildren.
Cremation will be followed by private inurnment. Arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.
