Obituary
On Nov. 30, 2006, Maria I. Muller went to be with the Lord.
Maria was born Dec. 16, 1926, in Borsbeek, Be1gium, to Alfons and Marie Druyts. She married Philip Muller in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1962.
Maria was a devoted home maker and beloved wife and mother. She worked as a playground aide at La Honda School for over 17 years where she became known as "Grandma" to hundreds of children throughout Lompoc.
Philip and Maria were married 45 years and were blessed with two children, Josie and Ronald. They had three grand children, Kelly, Casey and Nick; and one great-grandson, Austin. Maria also leaves behind one sister, Josie, and several nieces and nephews who all reside in Belgium, Europe.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, Dec. 8th at 2:00 p.m. at the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery Pavilion Building. Officiating will be Reverend James L. Cobbs, III of True Vine Ministries. A private funeral mass will be held at La Purisima Catholic Church.
