It's with great sadness that the family of Mary Elizabeth Pack announces her unexpected passing on January 29, 2022, at the age of 50.  She was born in Santa Maria and grew up in Lompoc, CA where she attended local schools and graduated from Lompoc High in 1989.  After she attended and graduated from cosmetology school she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.  There she worked for Whittlesea Bell.  She moved back to Lompoc and was employed at Alex's Market where she worked for her good and loyal friend, Mike Samaan for many years. Mary was a much-beloved mother, daughter, and sister and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Pack, Grandparents Jesse and Leeila Mae Roemer and Donald G. Pack and Lena Marie Wright, Uncle Jesse W. Roemer, and nephew Trever Mitchell.

Mary is survived by daughter Savannah Pack, son Tyler Crowell, Mother Dixie Lee Pack, Sisters Bonnie (Guy) Mitchell, Vickie (Arthur) Beltran, and Brother Jeffrey (Ryzbel) Pack. Aunts Helen Busby, Glenna Hall, Diana (Merle) Manfrina, and Dovetta Lee along with many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, one great-niece, and many cousins. Also, her ex-husband and forever friend Gerardo Tovar.

A viewing will be held at Starbuck Lind Mortuary at 12:30 pm, February 9, 2022, and graveside services to follow at 2 pm at the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck Lind Mortuary.
