Michael Angelo Taylor Perkins died on Friday, March 2, 2018.  He was born on February 14, 1998, to B. J. Taylor, Sr., and Tiffiney Perkins.  He had lived his entire life in Lompoc, California.

Michael enjoyed playing basketball and football.  He received many awards for both sports.  He graduated from Lompoc High School and went on to attend college.  He was determined for a better lifestyle; his goal was to venture out to Europe to become a fashion designer for his two friends Koo (Derrick Portis) and Drayten Howell.

Michael is survived by his mother Tiffiney Perkins, his father B. J. Taylor, Sr., brother B. J. Taylor, Jr., uncles Anthony, Michael, Paul, Timmy, and Kevin, aunts Katiya, Tanya, Anty Glow and Stephanie, cousins Elizabeth, Iesha, Elijah Perkins, Demeer, G, Fatman, DeShaun, Dre, Lil Mama and FatFat.  He is also survived by his extended family Nicola Howell, Drayten Howell, Derrick "Koo"Jr. Portis, Keymond Duell, Corey Maxwell, Chris Maxwell, and his many, many friends.

We want to give a big thank you to our community for all the help, support, and prayers.  R.I.P. MT 400.  Michael was loved by his peers, teachers, coaches – all of our community.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Friday, March 16, 2018, at Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 500 North E Street, Lompoc, CA.  Burial will follow at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
