Mikke Antonio Moreno, 30, passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2022.  Our family is devastated and heartbroken by this loss.  Mikke was born on July 5, 1992, in Lompoc, California.

Since high school, Mikke worked different odd jobs, enjoying life, the thrill of learning new trades and the prospect of continuing his education.  He particularly enjoyed working in his Grandpa Charley's upholstery shop not to just learn the trade, but to spend time with his grandpa.  He was a very smart, clever young man and was a fast learner when it came to working or tinkering with his hands.

Mikke enjoyed listening to music, playing board games, playing catch, cooking, grilling and just being outdoors. His greatest joy was spending quality time with his family. He always put family first, so much, that his motto "Family Over Everything" will live on with us forever.  He will especially be remembered for his big heart, infectious laugh, and amazing smile that was highlighted by his dimples like a ray of sunshine.

Mikke is survived by his father Antonio Moreno, mother Caroline Barbee, daughter Acacia Melody Perez, sisters and brothers: Selena, Jose, Cecilia, Cambria, Aalyah, Isaiah, Alysha and predeceased by his brother Antonio Moreno in 1991. Services are being held for those who would like to be a part of honoring his life, a visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 30 ^th from 4-8 pm with a rosary at 7 pm, at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.  The funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, August 31 ^st at 11:00 A.M. at the La Purisima Catholic Church (Lompoc). Burial will follow services and be held at the Lompoc Cemetery.
