Neil was born is Pasadena, Ca on May 24,1943 and died on March 16, 2012 in Lompoc, Ca.
After graduating from Monrovia H.S. he joined the US Navy where he spent his time on the submarine, the U.S.S. Ramora. He was an enthusiastic bowler for many years and served as President of the Mens Bowling Assoc. He was also a certified bowling instructor for many years with the local junior bowlers.
Neil is survived by his wife Carla "Susie" of 27 years, and their son Earl Anthony of Lompoc. In addition, he is survived by his step-ma-ma Shirley Hatcher, his 2 sisters Judy Cranston and Debby Thompson, and 3 brothers Wayne Hatcher, Ronnie and Ed Thompson.
He is preceded in death by his Father Earl W. Hatcher, Mother Flora Bissonnette and step Father Anthony Bissonnette.
He was loved by many and will be truly missed.
No services are planned but we will have a gathering of family and friends on Friday March 23,2012 at 2:00 pm @ 705 Coleman Drive in Lompoc.
