Nell Elizabeth Reece passed away on May 5, 2026, with her daughter by her side, at 101 years old. She was born in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, on March 28, 1925. She would graduate from high school and go on to receive an AA degree in Bookkeeping. She would meet and marry her husband Samuel Reece, at the end of WWII. Together they would enjoy a life of love for 78 years. She was best known for her faith and her love for family and friends. She leaves behind one daughter, 3 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
