Nora Carmen Garcia Moreno was born on November 17, 1972, in Lompoc California to her mother Maria Moreno and late father Cipriano Moreno.

Nora was Maria's second of three daughters and Cipriano's first. Nora grew up in Lompoc, attended school locally, and in 2008 she became a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Nora was the mother of three beautiful children. Her late husband and father of their children, Arturo Garcia, preceded her in death in 2016. Art was the love of her life and after he passed she would say how she knew no one would ever live up to him.

Nora's untimely passing on October 2, 2021, has caused heartache among her loved ones but especially her children. Carmen Hernandez 34, Reyna Garcia 18, and minor child Arturo Garcia Jr. The kids are doing their best to hold it together while preparing services for their beloved mother.

Nora enjoyed going on cruises, all types of music, she liked to sing, enjoyed shopping but above it all, she loved to spend time with her kids. After Arts passing, she lived to make sure they had all she could offer them.

A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 10 am at Queen of Angles Catholic Church, graveside service to follow at Lompoc Cemetery, with a small reception immediately after.
