Nora was born in Lompoc, CA and graduated from Lompoc High School.

She was a hairdresser for over 45 years, and a local artist.

She was a loyal and loving mother and grandmother, an inspiration to her family and all her friends. Her favorite color was purple, and she loved Elvis Presley.

Nora passed away peacefully July 14, 2024 at Cottage Hospital.

Nora was preceded in death by Roger Linde, her parents: Pablo Carlon , Libby Carlon, and siblings: Connie Perez, Isabel Garcia, Teddy Rosete, Ray Perez, Willie Carlon, Flora Carlon & the love of her life: George Leonard Vega, Sr.

Nora is survived by her siblings: Henry Carlon & Pablo Carlon Jr. As well as her sons: Victor D. Vega (Lupe), George L. Vega Jr. and Thomas C. Vega; her beloved grandchildren:  Richard D. Vega, Tanya L. Magdaleno, Joseph C. Vega; Great grandchildren: Gabriel C. Vega, Nikolas L. Magdaleno, Nathan Feralio, Christine Vega, Lilly Vega & numerous nieces & nephews

She will be missed by all those who knew her loyalty and kindness.
