Obituary
Patricia LaVerne House of Lompoc died Sunday, December 22, 2013, at the age of 71.
Patty was born March 20, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Mildred Diviak. Her family moved to the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles when she was 18 years old. She has been a resident of Lompoc since 1974.
Patty was a member of the Lompoc Church of Christ. She was employed by Addus Health Care as an in home care provider. She enjoyed crocheting and working with ceramics.
Patty is survived by her husband of 42 years Athel "Buzz" House, her son John House of San Diego, her son David House of Lompoc, her daughter Jonell Goodnature of Lompoc, her son Joey House of Lompoc, and her three grandchildren.
The visitation will be Friday, December 27, at 12 noon at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary followed by a graveside funeral service at 2pm at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. The memorial service will be Saturday, December 28, at 12 noon at the Lompoc Church of Christ, 138 North O Street.
